چکیده
Abstract. Natural gas (NG) must be treated to remove sulphur compounds and acid gases i.e., carbon dioxide (CO2) hydrogen sulfide (H2S) ensure that it complies with requirements for sale transportation. More than 95% of the NG processing plants are operated through removal unit (AGRU) using aqueous amine solvent in removing sour components from hydrocarbon due availability at a low cost. However, main limitation this process is high operating cost providing sufficient thermal energy reboiler regeneration. Meanwhile, duty requirement generally increases CO2 efficiency as higher consumption required strip off more significant amount rich solvent. This current study addresses absorption performance ternary hybrid solvents MDEA, AMP, Sulfolane. A on effects solubility H2S was performed varying pressure (1000-6000 kPa) temperatures (25°C-50°C) Aspen HYSYS®V12.1. The results revealed concentration sweet increased decrease pressure, while increasing temperature gas. future will look regeneration blend

In this paper, the solubility of CO2 in AMP solution have been measured at temperature range of ( 293, 303 ,313,323) K.The amine concentration ranges studied are (2.0, 2.8, and 3.4) M. A solubility apparatus was used to measure the solubility of CO2 in AMP solution on samples of flue gases from Thermal and Central Power Plants of Esfahan Steel Company. The modified Kent Eisenberg model was used...

متن کاملPrediction of Equilibrium Solubility of Co2 in Aqueous Alkanolamines through Artificial Neural Network
The removal of acid gases from gas streams by using suitable solvent like alkanolamine, commonly referred to as gas sweetening, is a technology that has been in use industrially for over half a century. In this work artificial neural network (ANN) has been used to predict the equilibrium solubility of CO2 over the alkanolamine solvents N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propan...
متن کاملApplication of GMA Equation of State to Study Thermodynamic Properties of 2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol as an Efficient Absorbent for CO2
Alkanolamine solutions such as 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) are widely used in chemical industries for the removal of acid gases such as CO2 and H2S. In this work, the density of CO2, AMP, water, and AMP solutions using the Goharshadi–Morsali–Abbaspour Equation of State “GMA EoS” in the extended 50-degree range of temperatures (313.06-362.65 K) and pressures (0.5-40 MPa) was calculated. Th...
متن کاملElimination of inhibitors of alkaline phosphatase from 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol.
When 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol buffer solutions are extracted with chloroform, impurities inhibiting alkaline phosphatase are selectively removed and this source of variation is thereby greatly decreased. We also studied the effect of adding zinc sulfate to this buffer. A combination of chloroform extraction and zinc sulfate, added to give concentrations from 5 to 10 mumol/L, results in buffe...
